Overview
The Biweekly Time Card Calculator helps you track and calculate your work hours over two weeks. It automatically calculates daily totals, weekly totals, and combined totals for both weeks.
Step 1: Enter Time Data
For Week 1:
Locate the “Week 1” section
For each day you worked:
Time In: Enter your start time in “HH:MM” format (e.g., “09:00” for 9 AM)
AM/PM: Select whether it’s AM or PM
Time Out: Enter your end time in “HH:MM” format
AM/PM: Select whether it’s AM or PM
Break Time: Enter your break duration in “HH:MM” format (e.g., “00:30” for 30 minutes)
For Week 2:
Scroll down to the “Week 2” section
Repeat the same process as Week 1
Step 2: Calculate Hours
You have three calculation options:
Calculate Individual Weeks:
Click “Calculate Week 1” to calculate only Week 1 hours
Click “Calculate Week 2” to calculate only Week 2 hours
Calculate Both Weeks Together:
Click “Calculate Both Weeks” to calculate both weeks simultaneously
Step 3: View Results
After calculation, you’ll see:
Daily Totals: Each day shows:
Decimal hours (e.g., “8.50”)
Hours and minutes format (e.g., “8h 30m”)
Weekly Totals: Below each week table
Combined Total: At the bottom showing both weeks combined

Export to PDF:
Click “Export PDF”

Print Directly:
Click “Print”

Step 5: Reset Data (When Needed)
Reset Individual Weeks:
Click “Reset” below Week 1 to clear only Week 1 data
Click “Reset” below Week 2 to clear only Week 2 data
Reset Everything:
Click “Reset Both” to clear all data from both weeks
Tips for Best Use
Time Entry Tips:
Use 12-hour format (1-12) with AM/PM
Examples:
9:00 AM → Enter “09:00” and select “AM”
1:30 PM → Enter “01:30” and select “PM”
5:45 PM → Enter “05:45” and select “PM”
Break Time Tips:
Enter break time in hours and minutes
Examples:
30-minute break → “00:30”
1-hour break → “01:00”
1.5-hour break → “01:30”
Overnight Shifts:
The calculator automatically handles shifts that cross midnight
Example: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM will calculate correctly as 8 hours
